Welcome aboard “Our Nauti Time”!! Once we decided to tackle part of the Great Loop, we realized that our 26 foot cabin cruiser was certainly too small to live on for several months. So, the search began!! Most of you are aware that this is exactly what Jim loves to do…..SHOP and NEGOTIATE. I was thinking that he would be showing me boats that were about 34 feet. Yes, I was completely wrong!!! Next thing I knew we were taking a little road trip to LaCrosse, WI just to look at this beauty. She is a 43 foot Silverton Yacht that we ended up purchasing in the fall of 2020. This past spring we drove her to Treasure Island Casino Marina where we spent a great deal of time this summer. It has been a huge learning experience going from 1 engine to 2 and having a control panel taller than our youngest grandchild.
