Thursday, November 4, 2021 (Fulton, MS - Columbus, MS)

At first light the boat parade has begun.  We have 4 locks coming up and if we approach the locks with numbers we usually get in faster.  There are 13 of us which means that some of us need to tie up to each other.  We were able to tie up to Hallelujah from Longmont, CO.  Imagine meeting up with a boat from Colorado.  It is a 57 foot Carver that matches our height which made it very easy and absolutely wonderful to buddy with them.  Plus we got to talk about Colorado.

We need some warmth.  Come on sun please come up and shine for us!!!!

I thought that this screen shot on the Garmin told the story of all of us in the lock together.  The red spots indicate each boat.

The day turned out to be beautiful and we were able to see some colors on the trees.

The day was a long one but we have finally reached Columbus Marina. There is no restaurant here, however after everyone got settled in their slip we gathered for some docktails and laughs.

What day is it by the way?????  Let’s see what tomorrow’s adventure brings….
